Automatically recognizing the position
The processor is using a system for automatically recognizing the position and size of the part (paint zone entrance sensor) and regulating
Adapting to products
The position of the last spray gun is automatically adjusted based on the width of each part.
The ventilation system
The ventilation system directs the excess spray mist to the water floor and a vertical hydraulic filter made of stainless steel.
Positioning of parts
The machine is equipped with rails for correct feeding of parts into the painting area.
