Vacuum coating machine

ONE TECH line-mounted UV dryer is used for primer and top coat drying. It is used for instant drying of a primer and paint film immediately after painting with UV materials. Five sets of UV lamps can cure all kinds of UV light-cured paints to the semi-dry or completely dry state.

– The body is made of cold-rolled steel sheet, painted with polymer, by cutting and welding;
– The conveyor consists of stainless steel rods with a chain drive. Smooth speed control is provided by a motor with a speed control inverter;
– OSRAM UV lamp. Guaranteed 700 hours of operation in normal conditions;
– Special reflective coating for aluminium alloy can reflect more than 98% of the light source, making the UV light more penetrating.
– The entire machine is controlled by PLC and a touch screen. The light source can be adjusted for bright and faint light. The panel is easy and user-friendly.
– All electrical components are Schneider, Omron and Chint products.

The paintwork material spreading tunnel uses the principle of infrared heating, which has a levelling and defoaming effect on the paint on the product surface and makes the painted surface of the part flatter.

The grinding machine consists of twelve dual-purpose grinding units. The machine can be equipped with a grinding belt, a grinding wheel, or a polishing wheel.

– Motors of the machine with frequency converters enable a smooth speed control of both the conveyor and the rotation of the grinding wheels/belts;
– The grinding units are equipped with an automatic compensation device with an accuracy of 0.04 mm/time;
– The angle of each group of grinding units can be adjusted from the touch screen control panel
